Honda CRF-1000L Africa Twin
Hi

I used to run the Michelin Anakees II 150/70R17 on my Africa Twin for years without any problems.
I'm now getting a good deal on Conti TKC80 150/70R17 and I was wondering if this tyre will fit my rim without any issues. I know tyre dimensions between different brands and styles are not necessarily the same.

I've read on the UK forum:
https://www.xrv.org.uk/forums/africa-twin/109409-best-touring-tires-some-off-road-ability-africa-twin.html
"Don't fit a 150 tyre - it will fit but the problem is the beading does not seat properly because it is bending at the wrong angle to the rim. The problem will arise if you have to take it off without the aid of a garage and bead breaker and high output compressor to reinflate to"

Any experiences you guys had?
