I fitted a Trax topbox to my gs's spaceship and whereas the topbox looks great and is really well made the same cannot be said(IMO) of the mounting bracket which is solid as hell but looks a bit homemade. I have had a go at making it more acceptable.
Standard one is 3mm powder coated flat steel plate. I have changed to 4.5 or 6.0mm high tensile aluminium solid plate with some laser cut-outs as apposed to the fairly dumb original unit.
Any one interested in changing theirs, or are waiting for mounting brackets let me know as it easy to run more and the cost of the plate in 4.5mm is circa R185 ex VAT and delivery with the 6.0mm comes in at circa R230 with same T&C's
