Hey guys/gals
We have a trip planned from Friday am the 18th to Tuesday PM the 22nd and we are looking for at least one (max 2) additional riders to join our group of 3, making 4 or 5. We generally stick to the gravel as much as possible avoiding the black slab at all costs. The more technical and remote the better. An average day starts out at 09:00 and ends around 17:00 so lot's of time in the saddle to ponder life. We don't race, but ride to enjoy our surroundings. Cold beer, soft linen, a hot shower and warm meal are what we crave after a long day in the saddle. If this sounds like something you would be keen to join then here is our basic itinerary:
18 Dec: depart 08:00 Cape Town for Sutherland staying on a farm
19 Dec: depart 09:00ish for Loxton staying in a B&B
20 Dec: depart 09:00ish for Tankwa staying on a farm
21 Dec: depart 09:00ish for Cederberg Oasis
22 Dec: Back home (Cape Town)
At this stage the final route has not yet been confirmed, but be sure it will be worth it.
