I'm currently considering running Tubliss on my 450 at Amageza - or if not both wheels at least the rear. Tubes seem to me to be the worst of all options - highest risk of (pinch) flats and unsuited to slime/sealant. BIB Mousse is obviously the de facto rally standard, and I may run one in my front tyre, but they are expensive and also susceptible to falling to bits on very fast sections.
I'm wondering if anyone ran Tubliss at Amageza 2013 and what their experience was? And what about Dakar 2014? Strikes me that the new, tougher Tubliss 2 with, say, a Mitas E09 on the rear would be a pretty good combo.
