TURBO: Is it a option for better performance

My previous bike was a Hayabusa. Have a Super Tenere now, a very nice bike, no regrets for buying it. I would like more power. I allready fit a akrapovic pipe. Wat is the alternatives for more power.  Is a turbo a option? And if, who can do a job like that?
