Hi dogs,

I am off on my first trip next week. We have 4 days of 80% dirt. I was hoping I could get some input as to tyre options for the trip, I've read as much as I can on this forum but am still not sure which way to go.

Currently my setup as follows:
Rear: Mitas E-07 150/70-17 (New)
Front: Heidenhau K60 90/90-21 (Quite worn, see pic)

This setup feels good on fairly hard packed gravel, but it becomes difficult to handle and feels unstable as soon as there is loose or soft gravel. I am a very novice rider so admit that may have something to do with it.

I'm thinking to put on knoblies for both front and rear for the trip or at the very least knoblies front. I can always change back to the E-07 once the trip is finished.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

DR
