A few months ago I had off, at a relative slow speed. The result was a badly broken collar bone and me losing faith in my neck brace I was wearing at the time.
I cant help but feel that if I had not worn the brace I might not have broken my collar.
Of course we can all give our opinions on neck braces but I thought that since they have been out for a while, we might be able to kind of, sort of, draw some conclusion to the effectiveness of the neck brace no matter the brand.
Maybe the guys involved in racing, be it MX or enduro can give us some stats on whether there are more or less neck , back or collar bone injuries since the introduction of neck braces.
