I by mistake saw that I could turn the upper part of my front shocks by hand easily. (The shiny part that attaches to the handle bar brackets at the top). I then removed the dust caps and checked if they were properly tightened. As tight as can be. Noe the question, is this supposed to be like this. Just don't feel right to me. Whats the chances one of you okes can quickly check for me. Much appreciated.
