Wantd: small commuter

A friend of mine, he's an artist,  is looking for a small commuter 125 - 200cc for less than R8k  - scooter or Chinese bike will be fine - anything reliable and affordable. We're in Tulbagh in the Cape Winelands. He lived in town where he could just walk everywhere, but now he's moving to a farm about 5km out of town.
