Wanted-BMW 1200 Boxer engine

I am looking for an engine and management system of a 1200 BMW. Must be fuel injected, so can`t be too ancient.
I want to put it in the back of a microlight aircraft. (sand gets irrelevant then)
Is there is a spares type joint that someone knows about that deals in accident damaged bikes and what-not ?
