Wanted: Cheap commuter bike

It's with a sad heart that I say my trusty old CTX is no more.  :'(

I'm looking for a real cheap commuter bike that can get me to work and back home daily (about 45km round trip between Table View & Town). It would be nice if the bike that I get can do offroad stuff aswell, but it's not a necessity. Budget is another big thing for me at the moment, and unfortunately I can only spend about R6000, maybe R7000.
I've been looking around for:

• Yamaha XTZ125
• Honda XR125
• Honda NXR125
• Honda e-storm 125

I would prefer an on/offroad commuter, but if I can't get what I want, I'll have to just suck it up, and get a vuka or something. I can add some knobblies later.  ;D

Please could you guys keep your eyes open, and let me know if you hear of anything.
