So this is quite a specific request.
I want to transfer my Motorradical Top Box from my 800 to my 1150GS. Thought it would be easy - just buy a new mounting plate.
Turns out Motorradical changed the design of their mounting system from round "bobbins" to flat thingymebobs. And for some reason people don't make lots of stuff for the 1150 anymore. Wonder why that is :snorting:
I tried Flying Brick and mailed Motorradical themselves, but no luck, so I'm trying my luck here. Any chance there is one lying in a garage somewhere gathering dust?
I know the "normal" answer would be buy a new box and plate for the 1150, but that would be my last option. I handed my 800 to my wife and if I can't transfer the box I will lose all my stickers and have to start afresh :imaposer: And she's doesn't like look of the stickers, so moving it would be a win win.
