Wanted: Reliable transport (scooter etc) for under 5000

Hi gents

A good friend of mine is in need of some transport to get to church, school and work and back. Cash is pretty short for him so 5000 is an absolute maximum. He is a really great guy that does a lot of good so perhaps someone knows of something suitable
