Seeing as it is a public holiday and the Western Cape has had ALOT of snowfall, I have decided to head through to Ceres tomorrow to go check out the snow.
I will be riding with a pillion, so I will be taking it slower than normal. It will be tar all the way there.
The plan is to head through Wellington to Ceres. Ride through Ceres towards the higher snowfall areas. Play around a bit, take lots of photos and then head back to Ceres for some coffee etc. And then straight back to Cape Town. Should be back early afternoon.
Meet at Engen One Stop at 08:30 to depart from there. Anyone is welcome.
Weather looks like it might still be a bit overcast with minor showers in the morning. Wear LOTS of warm clothes.
This will NOT be an extreme offroad snow riding experience. I will NOT be going up Matroosberg (that will happen later with the KX250).
