I have seen that quite a few guys are planning trips into northern Lestho in the coming few days. I work in northern Lesotho on a mine, and in the last ten days we have had a LOT of HEAVY rain. Reports from the area are that the roads are pretty washed out, with several rock-slides having occured.
I'm not trying to put anyone off, but rather advising you to come well prepared. Temperatures reach close to freezing overnight at the moment, and the clouds and mist close up very fast. Make sure that you have adequate warm gear and emergency rations. This weather is forcast to continue for the next few days at least.
Take care, plan well, and have an absolute JOL in the mountains :thumleft:
