Weatherproof Connectors - where?

I'm looking for an electrical male-female plug that can stand being out in the rain.  I want to split the GPS power cord so that I can take the GPS of together with the mount, and transfer it to the car that then has the same power cord plug.  I was thinking of a rubber kind of plug, like a spark plug thingy, just smaller.

I thought they would be easy to get.  I tried:
Bike shops (x a few)

4x4 shops (x a few)
Car spares shops (x a few)
Auto electrician
Electrical wholesaler
Security shop
Car radio fitment shop

Anybody have any idea where such things are hiding?  Surely they can't be that scarce
