At the risk of repeating myself sometimes I really donâ??t know what some people are thinking. I donâ??t know about in your area but in most suburbs around PE you see these young kids about 12 â?? 14 riding around on quads without helmets, shoes or shirts. Is it just me or wouldnâ??t you say it would be a lot safer if they were allowed to drive around in their dadâ??s car? I mean dad sit in his nice car with safety belt and airbag while this child goes speeding down the road at about 80 km/h without any protection. If they want to kill their kids why not just give them a loaded gun?
