What spark plugs do you prefer.....?

Hi guys

I bought NGK BCPR7ET spark plugs from Midas for my R1100GS for the last service. Am not sure if its due to the plugs but the bike has been backfireing every now and again since (not sure if it related at all).

Its time for a service again. Which spark plugs do you guys prefer to use?
