My youngest lat Sev is off to USA in December/January, after he (hopefully) passes his Matric, for a Year or so.
I want to, have a Trip or 3 with my 2 Boys before Sev leaves - nothing hectic, maybe 2/3 camping bike weekends at a place like Hlalanathi (150km away), once there we set up camp, and we go do rides every day.
I (OK we - my goed is maar hulle goed, lyk my ek koop dit maar fokken leen dit dan van daar af) need a 3d lekker adv bike for Sev. We have an old XT 600 Tenere and an old 1100 GS, but we need a 3d "temporary" bike, let's say for Sev (Jomar can take the XT, I'll have the GS).
............What to get for Sev, if only for 3/4/5 months and sell again?? Something light(ish), he likes playing with the thing
The Boys ride quite well, they've grown up with offroads through the years. Sev has a Yamaha 250 FX (??) and Jomar a 300 Beta currently. Think so - maybe Jomar has a 450 YZ again, not sure.
Something DRZ 400/etcetc??
