What's the weather like in Southern Africa April -July?

My plan is to ship my bike to Cape Town to arrive in April and I have until July. I want to go to South Africa (obviously as I'm shipping to Cape Town!), Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi. I will finish back in Cape Town and ship home to the UK.

Which way around should I do this to get the best weather?
