Im gino aka Eugene. live in JHB and have a F800GS Adventure that i use for daily commuting between Alberton and Sandton.
I found this website after seeing post somewhere on the 4x4 Community forum.
Im 28 years young and a true off road fundi, hoping to use the GS more on weekends and doing a few tours
i used to have a F 650 GS just for commuting. we went to Lesotho last year November in the 4x4's and met some guys on their GS's and KTM's and as soon as i got back i went in to trade my 650 for the F800 GSA. Its an amazing bike for what I'm using it at the moment but would like to explore some off road or gravel traveling with the bike. Im a shorty so my feet hardly touch the ground even with lowered front forks and low seat but i have become the master in balancing (and jumping off at robots in the rain). Id like to put more aggressive tyres on. At the moment the only extras are Garmin Zumo 390 and Akrapovic pipe. I'd also like to get the upper crash bar
My weekend/off road toy is a Toyota FJ Cruiser with a few mods
Hoping to meet up with some guys and doing a few tours
