Where can I get a (cheap)waterproof 12V auxilary cigi power socket in Cape Town?

I am looking for a cheap (affordable) waterproof 12V auxilary power (cigarette) socket in Cape Town.  I looked at the Powerlet and it is very nice and all, but no offence it's a bit pricey IMHO for what it is.  I'm looking at a cheaper alternative.
