Where do you keep your access cards?

Has anyone found a clever simple solution to storing and using access cards when on the bike?

Nothing that requires removing gloves and fiddling for things. Something that works in all weather conditions that is SIMPLE, reliable and takes less than 5 seconds to go through the boom?
