Where to buy O-ring chain and sprockets for KLR?

Hi. I live Paarl and Stellenbosch. Where is the best place to buy an o-ring chain and sprockets for my KLR650? I got a quote for R950 for the chain and R385 and R225 for the rear and front sprockets respectively. Does this sound about right?
