Hi there! :biggrin:
January next year I am planning a trip from Joburg through Bots, Nam, Zim, Zam and Moz with two friends. In total we 23 days of riding to make it back to Joburg.
Therefore I'm looking for a place to rent/buy the bike so we can encounter these countries. Our conditions are:
- It has to be ready by the time we arrive
- In between 250 and 700 cc
- It has to have offroad tyres
- It has to have some rack/carrier system for our (camping) gear
- Spareparts should be available within a range of 500 km.
General questions:
1. I have contacted the following adress: bikerentalsza.com but they demant full payment upfront. Are they reliable? Is that common?
2. Is there no a motorcycle platform where you can rent bikes from individuals in South-Afrika (motorshare, the airbnb for motorcycle platform).
