Which glue for soles of boot?

The one sole (BMW GS Rallye 2) came loose as I kept on using the other boot when taking them off (read lazy) - have glued it back on 2 x previous occasions but then dislodges again.

Which glue do you recommend and maybe any any additional tips on how to make the bond stronger.

Note:  The soles are not stitched to the upper part of the boot
