Which handlebar raisers?

Ok honne, which raisors do you use and why. I'm looking at three different ones at the moment. The pivot ones and the fixed ones. Which is best? Or is it much of a muchness? I am 1.87m and my whole body position when standing in the technical stuff is rather uncomfortable to say the least.
