Who can do repair work on subframe (Gauteng)

A part of the subframe on my 1200GSA has snapped. It is part of a wishbone-shaped metal tube, located roughly below the radiator but about 2 inches back (i.e. roughly 2 inches behind the pin that holds the headlight assembly in position). I guess it could be welded, but maybe the whole things needs to be replaced. As it is, the whole headlight assembly and windscreen rattles and shakes.

I don't think I should take it to the dealer. Can anyone recommend someone on Gauteng (preferably South/East Rand) that can possibly repair this?
