wrapping vs custom paint job ?

I have seen in the US and EU there are many skilled companies doing awesome work with wrapping which even have fantastic airbrushed effects with depth. Sure the real thing is better for me are the hours of perfection can only be awed at, but what when you want to sell your ordinary scoot it may devalue it. Are there any folk in the country that do wraps that are truly works of art?
Point is you can remove it if you want to sell an uncustomised sccot.
