Xenon "look" Halogens for BMW F800GS

Does anyone know of any halogen bulbs that give the same sort of effect as Xenon or HID with that blue/white light?
If so are there any retailers in the North of JHB?

I would want a bulb that matchs or even exceeds the performance of the standard BMW bulb which is already very good!
I far as I know the F800GS takes a H7.
