Hallo All.
In my stupidity as a newbie, I bought this red machine about a year and a half ago. The seller told me it was a XR500 82. "Stupid"
I believe the frame and so on is a XR500 82 and the motor is a 79 XL 500.
Spent a load of cash on it and now I'm gatvol. (OK, bought a KLR that keeps me busy[emoji1787])
What was done :
All shocks redone.
New Front and back offroad tekkies.
Motor serviced less than a month ago.
New Chain.
Carb Cleaned and set to perfection.
Light added to the front.
New handlebars.
New grips.
New Cables all over.
What needs to be done:
Plastics and frame needs paint.
Bike runs brilliantly and is very strong.
Will either sell as a unit or strip for spares.
Price(s) negotiable.
