Since the last ride 2 weeks ago with a number of inmates here my bike has been cutting out - sometimes......
Wont start, then when she starts all seems fine for 5km or so, then she will miss, then recover or come to a grinding halt.
30 seconds later start again and ok for a while. Otherwise flat refuse to start. Have replaced the sparkplug, checked the killswitch
and all seems to be ok there. Its def. a sparking issue so I'm counting out carburettor related issues. Can get a replacement
aftermarket CDI from Belgium which supposedly solves the problem for life.
Any of the dawgs here have a similar experience with CDI unit malfunctioning on the 650L?
