Xt660r loosen control at high speed

Hi I've got xt660  at speed above 130 bike begin to looses control its like the steering can't be hold straight at that speed and when I brake it got worser till the speed drops to 100km then the bike is quiet.We check the bearings on the steering and its all good The bike got a new front tyre about 1200km ago I've used the old tube.In this tube I put some time ago sludge in.So the question can it be the sludge who is the culprit. Any advice would be appreciated.
