XTZ Spring upgrade

Hi guys,

I need some advice please - did a trip through the Tankwa this weekend and bottomed out a few times between Padstal and Apollo Karoo. I am thinking of upgrading my rear spring. Questions:

1. What is the stock spring size on the XT660z?
2. What are my options to upgrade it to?
3. When considering a 2nd hand spring - which bikes springs would be compatible?
4. Can you recommend someone in Cape Town to assist with the part and installation?

Any advice would be appreciated.
