I see Simon has closed the Forum, probably legal issues, some people were posting "questionable" statements about dealers etc.
It shows the necessity for good Moderators.

I dont know of any court cases actually won where the complaint was internet based dafamation. In south africa that is.
Apart from forcing you to remove such writing, there is no legal governance that can hold you accountable.
Specially if you have a waiver page up front.
Hein, sort one out chop chop.
