I am busy selling one of my bikes, there is a interested buyer. As can be expected he wants to test ride the bike.
Being a bike there is obviously alot that can go wrong, what would be the best way to go about this? Is there some kind of contract which can be made up making him liable for any damages or losses which might occur?
How does one ensure that he doesn't just ride off with your bike never to be seen again?
Obviously I do not know the prospective buyer whatsoever, but I would like to cover all the bases?
Advice would be appreciated.
