Self service XR650L

Howsit peeps..

Im considering doing my own service on my xr650l 2013 model.
Could anyone please tell me what honda does on the 12000km service interval?
I know it will be a oil change, possible oil filter change, chain tension, etc
All of the above im sure isnt rocket science with the help of the manual.

Could you please advise me on which is the best possible oil as well.

Any advice?
