I bought my 2006 Adv minus the crossbar pad. My bike is one of the Alpine white models with the black and red seats and afaik the crossbar pads on them were red. I ordered one from BMW in Germany via the stealers and after a 3 week wait a black one arrived. The salesman now reckons that they must have been black on the white bikes. I beg to differ......Am I in the wrong? Were the local colour schemes different.....?
