2011 vs 2009

Guys,

Please mind my ignorance, but I want some information, what are the notable differences between the 2009e and the 2011e, looking at purchasing a 2011 that was liable for registration in 2009 for the first time, but the bike seems to have a "newer" cluster and has only done 19600 km.

I can not find anything online, and the stealers can't answer me on that?

Any help would help.
