Flying Brick customer service
« on: September 10, 2015, 11:15:12 am »
This morning I had the privilege to be on the receiving end of excellent customer service. While buying an ATG bag at Flying Brick Standard Bank decided to let me down by having my credit card not working due to some technical glitch. The staff at Flying Brick trusted my integrity and allowed me to take the bag with the promise to eft the money later when the bank was online again.

This is the kind of service that gets me to keep coming back.

I truly hope this business goes from strength to strength and encourage everyone to give them a try.

Hi Chris.

I'd like to buy a new helmet, my Credit Card isn't working so well at the moment, i'll pay you later okay?
Send me a brand new Arai TourX4 and I'll sort you out once the bank comes back online / or my boss tops up my cheque account around the 25th.

Just kidding, but I agree, great customer service always from these guys.

Keep it up ladies and gentlemen!
