TAILER ( riding kit)

Is their still a tailor around that can adjust , modify , fix riding kit , Way back when we had Trinty leathers here in Randburg , and if memory serves Moskays also had a tailor that could cut and mend kit . I took a chance and imported a jacket and pants , pricing was very good , kit was on special . jacket fits nice , pants is 2 sizes to big . The store in Germany does offer a return service , exchange or refund as long as in orignal pacage and not worn with lables atteched . So I boxed up the pants to return , off to the post-office to get a quote to mail it back ,  :'( , BIG SURPRIZE! , 2.5 k for postage back , I would rather bin it that pay more to ship it back than it cost me to buy and  ship it here .
So plan B deconstruct , cut to size and  resew . just need to find a tailor that can do this type of work .
