Help with Carbon Fibre

I have been meaning to wrap part of my bike in genuine carbon fibre, but the last time I checked which was a couple of years ago, one needed to take a second mortgage to do anything with carbon fibre. 

My questions are: Are there wild dogs who are conversant with this technology?  Is it still very expensive?  Who and where in Gauteng?  Please text me.
