Riding over any type of corrugations is very very compliant... its the bigger whoop like undulations that are a bit weird. The bike seems to "wallow" a lot more than the previous gen suspension.  The option to select "hard" is no longer, unless I have missed something?

Can anyone tell me, why is there 2 buttons on the 1250 keys you can press, yet nothing happens?
Its obvious  they are dummies, but why?

Maybe for a alarm that can be fitted  extra or what?

How is the stock situation on the GSA HP model now?

Was shocked to hear that BMW in PE still did not get even 1 HP edition GSA since the launch  :peepwall:

I dont think much has changed. Was at Northside (now cedar Motorad) the other day in Fourways and they have only had two HP's since the launch.

I have also seen a lot of GSA's on the road since I purchased mine and apart from my buddy's one, have not seen another 1250 GSA in any colour. (only seen two GS's)

I dislike BM boxers, had one too and have ridden others.
Recently I booked an overseas rental XR1000 but got a 1250GS, imagine my disappointment!
However, I'll admit that this engine is tops, it actually has a few sporty genes even!
For those wanting the best boxer this is the one, no arguments here  ;)
