Thanks, I will do the same...I am planning on taking my bike for an overall service soon and will ask the mechanics to have a look at it. Will let you know what they say. Hopefully its just my sh#ty gear changing and nothing serious...

Thanks Sláinte. I think they are road bike boots. I came off my bike a few months ago (actually an idiot drove into me in a parking area) and realised I seriously need more protection. Do you think I am waisting my time with road boots? At this stage I mostly drive my 650 GS to work and back...
