Also had Kenda K270's on my KLR and got 25000km on the rear.
Mostly commuting and tyre pressure at max.
Agree. R7700 is a lot of money, and is that fork seals gold plated or what? Wait for the other quotes.
All i can say after my upgrade to Hyperpro is that the front end handles corrucations much better. The bike feels more stable and sure footed.
Ek het 'n stel van Hyperpro self ingesit. Vir die hele stel (vurk springs en shock spring) was dit net oor R3000 vanaf Linex in Randburg. Die kit het een liter dukker 15W vurk olie ingesluit. Die standaard olie is 10W. Beslis die moeite werd.
I'm nowhere near a professional either. Don't have much time to even do this for myself....... studying tends to take most of my free time...... I'll see if a very basic "test sample" will be possible soon.
What about something as small and simple as this? Tinking of doing something similar to keep the Oxford soft pannier off the exhausts. (Let's hope the picture loads)
