happy to help this side guys..
as an ex-Cape Town boy and also ex-Honda Australia employee I'm sure I can be of some assistance..
I also know quite a few people in freight forwarding etc in my current job..
The "postie" used to only be sold to Aus Post and as an unregisterable "farm" bike...
WOW.. they look fantastic..
can you take some closer pics for me please.. especially the mounting point near the tank..
I assume you had to cut some holes in the fairings ??
the Interphone unit on test in that article is the older unit (F1 IIRC).. not the F4..
webbikeworld.com rate the F4 as one of the best units out there at the moment
not a bad article.. but I have to wonder how they would have rated the XT if it were much cheaper than the BMW as it is here in Australia ??
there are obviously a few things I don't agree on having ridden the GS and the XT, but that is journalism for you..
oh, and why oh why do they insist on...
it happens in Australia too.. the BM riders don't wave..
I wave at every rider.. even Harley guys.. now I know most of them are too scared to take their hands off the bars because they may crash, but quite a few do actually wave back.. more so the real bikies.. not accountant Harley owners...
jeez I am jealous of you okes..
here I sit in Australia with a new Super Tenere in the garage and Yamaha Australia can't get bash plates or crashbars..
neither could I get a Leovince from overseas because the factory has closed for holidays..
how and where did you get the exhaust from...
