Hi There, We just back from a fantastic 7 day Klein Karoo adventure. The Rooiberg Passes (North and South) are absolutely fine - nothing at all to concern yourself with. If you have time, I highly recommend the Rooiberg Lodge. Regards, Rob

The road from Algeria to Clanwilliam is ok but being severely deteriorated by the increase in truck traffic of late. Does anyone know what this is about? If it carries on, I can't see that road lasting very long. Rob

Really appreciate your feedback - was going to ride there on sunday but it's starting to sound like an alternative will be required. We need to get to Reitz and the other option is the R57 via Heilbron which may be a bit too busy for a bunch ride.
