Do any of you know in which way the mounting points for pannier racks on the 2010 F800GS vs the 2013 differ? Why are they not compatible?

BMW OEM 19" Front Outer rim for F650GS Came off a 2004 BMW F650GS. Rim: 150 - 2.50 x 19"  - has a very slight smiley on the lip. Replaced it with a new one (R2850 - 5 years ago) out of stupidity. No adverse effects on riding, and apparently (according to the guys at KTM) is easily corrected...

The small reflector (brights) in my 2010 F800GS headlight melted around the bulb. Anyone with a secondhand headlight assembly they want to sell? Or a broken headlight from which I can scavenge the reflector? Thanks!
