Spend thousands there over the years - never plan to buy, then I always get a bargain or something I need.  Last buy there was for Sidi Crossfires!    :mwink: But never liked the service, always felt out of place, this now helps to limit my shopping sprees next time, will give them a miss...

..that time of year autumn/winter, so Western Cape (i.e. Cape Town) is cold and wet, Eastern Cape could be cold and wet, KZN is perfect, so is rest of SA, just coldest during June/July, some of August.  In Namibia it is probably the best time of year, otherwise extremely hot.  Swaziland great...

Bike is now exactly 2 years old - 65,000km, typically get 350 to 400km on a tank.  :thumleft: Lots of growing pains, but none big enough to kill my loyalty.  Biggest issue personally was soft fork springs, after I replaced them with progressives I was happy to decide to keep the bike for at...

Had exactly the same issue with the 800GS - at 30k service (if I remember right, could be 20k) also got the bike back with precisely the same symptoms.  They also replaced standard/original 5W (could be 7.5W but I don't think so) with 10W because of the pap springs.  Took it back, they replaced...

... still waiting....  :'(

There are a few options online, but the colours are funny and I got impatient!  ;D Didn't go to that many places due to limited time  I eventually bought from Biking Accessories in Pta, simply because they had my size as it happens and was willing to drop price a bit and I was in a rush...
