I'm looking for an engine builder in the Joburg area. I want to assemble my HP2 heads and cylinder onto a GS sub assembly. I had a problem with the engine casing on the HP2 and so got a GS engine to swop into. Any recommendations? Ross

My RHS indicators don't work or very intermittently. I want to get into the switch and check the micro switch. I cannot get the top cover off. How do you remove the starter/kill switch and open the unit. This bike keeps me busy

I broke my Wunderlich marathon screen on the Sabie GS challenge last week. It broke in half and I found that size to be a good compromise. Travelling home it only became uncomfortable at over 120kph. I'm looking for a shorter, wider screen. I've got a Niku and a Kappa but don't enjoy them. Options?

Under hard acceleration I get a hesitation and you have to feed the throttle open slowly to get over this. It them pulls hard at to the rev limiter. Only occurs from half to full throttle and not off idle. Any ideas? Is it the fuel pump giving up?

I have to pull the lever right back to the bars to get it to disengage. Only doing this recently. Checked the fluid level. Slave cylinder not leaking. Any suggestions? There are no bleeding instructions in the manual. States use a syringe and fill from the slave cylinder.

My engine is sounding very rough/noisy at mid range rpm. Like a bad miss fire. Has got worse after Eco Challenge. it sounds like the cam chain or tappets and is not always there. Its difficult to identify where its coming from. I'm looking for a good experienced mechanic to identify the problem...
